2 Account Registration and Eligibility

To open an account on 299ber, you must be at least 21 years of age. If any person creates an account by providing a false age, 299ber has the right to cancel that account at any time and forfeit the funds held in it.
- Each individual may create only one account.
- If multiple members of the same household use the same device or IP address, 299ber reserves the right to review this.
- It is your responsibility to keep your account information accurate and up to date at all times.
2.2 Account Security
Keep your password and login details completely confidential. Report any unauthorized access to your account to our support team immediately. 299ber will never ask for your password by email or chat.
2.3 Verification (KYC)
299ber may at any time request verification of your identity, age, or payment method. If the required documents for verification are not provided in a timely manner, the account may be temporarily suspended. This process is in place to protect members and ensure the security of the platform.
3 Financial Transactions: Deposits and Withdrawals
3.1 Deposit
The minimum deposit amount is ৳300. Accepted payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer. If a deposited amount is not reflected in your account, please contact our live chat support.
- Deposits sent from third-party accounts are not accepted.

3.2 Withdrawal

4 Bonus and Promotion Terms
4.1 Welcome Bonus
New members will receive a 150% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳5,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 will earn a ৳1,500 bonus for a total balance of ৳2,500; or depositing ৳8,000 will have a maximum bonus of ৳5,000 applied for a total balance of ৳13,000. This bonus can only be claimed once.
4.2 General Rules for Bonus Use
- Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — they can only be used for betting.
- During one promotion, it cannot be combined with any other promotion unless specifically stated.
- If the bonus conditions are not met, the bonus and any winnings earned from the bonus may be cancelled.
- If evidence of bonus abuse or manipulation is found, the account may be suspended.
- 299ber reserves the right to change, suspend, or cancel any promotion.
4.3 VIP Program
Regular members can participate in the 299ber VIP Program. The VIP Program has five tiers:
- Bronze — up to 0.2% weekly cashback
- Silver — up to 0.4% weekly cashback
- Gold — up to 0.6% weekly cashback
- Platinum — up to 0.8% weekly cashback
- Diamond — up to 1.0% weekly cashback

5 Gaming Rules and Fair Play

Valid balances will generally be returned prior to cancellation, however this may not apply in cases of Terms violations.
